Tell the operator:

  • Your membership details
  • The exact location where you are
  • The phone number where you can be reached
  • Information about your vehicle (type of vehicle, make, model, registration number)

The operator will arrange everything necessary to provide appropriate assistance, organize roadside help, and keep you informed about the progress of the intervention.

Type of assistance

  • Repair at the breakdown location: battery replacement and vehicle start-up, fuel delivery and assistance with engine start-up, wheel replacement, unlocking the vehicle if the member has locked the key inside or lost it.
  • Transport of the broken-down vehicle: unlimited mileage and where possible, up to 25 kilometers beyond the Slovenian border.
  • Transport of the vehicle damaged in a traffic accident: unlimited mileage and where possible, up to 25 kilometers beyond the Slovenian border. In the case of a total loss, AMZS will tow the vehicle to the nearest authorized dismantling facility.
  • Replacement vehicle: available to the member following a tow by AMZS or in the event of vehicle theft.
  • Draining of incorrectly refuelled fuel: only available to AMZS members in the event of misfuelling. The free service is conditional on the use of AMZS towing service to the nearest AMZS workshop.
